Our PTO Board.
Our Parent Teacher Organization is a non-profit organization led by a Board of volunteers who dedicate their time to support Red Hawk Elementary School, its staff, students, and families.
PAMELA STEHLE
President

Pam is in her 3rd year serving on the PTO Board. Previously as Recording Secretary and now as Vice President. She has 2 children at Red Hawk, one in 5th grade and one in 1st grade. She grew up in Louisville and has lived in Erie for 13 years.

SARAH OLSON
Vice President
​
This is Sarah's third year serving on the PTO board. She and her family moved from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Erie eight years ago. Sarah and her husband, Lars have three children: two RHE alums attending Erie Middle School and one at Red Hawk. She loves traveling, baking/cooking, and organizing. She is excited to be serving as the vice-president this year looks forward to supporting the Red Hawk student body and staff.
KELLY SCHROEDER

Kelly is in her 3rd year serving on the PTO as Co-Treasurer. She has 3 kids: a 5th grader and a 2nd grader currently at Red Hawk, plus a baby at home. She has lived in Erie for the past 5.5 years. Kelly is a former social worker working with at-risk children.

Anna Gooding
Recording Secretary
​
Anna Gooding is in her 1st year serving on the PTO volunteering as the Recording Secretary and Free Money Coordinator. She has a 6th grader whom is a Red Hawk Alum and a current 2nd grader. Anna enjoys gardening and volunteers her time to tend to the Red Hawk school garden. Her husband, David, enjoys helping run projects at his company's booth for Science Night. Professionally Anna is a full time digital marketer.

I'm an avid advocate for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, both at work and in my community. As Co-Chair, I'm dedicated to making a meaningful impact for our students, and I’m inspired by how embracing EDI in a professional context can lead to change in the broader world. Professionally, I’m Partner, Experience Operations at Lippincott, a brand design and strategy consultancy in New York.
This is my third year as a member of the EDI committee.
JANELLE BARTSCHERER
Staff relations Coordinator

Janelle joined the PTO Board because she has been a dedicated PTO volunteer for the past two years and has loved being a part of the great things the PTO is doing for our kids and our school. She loves her new role as Staff Relations Coordinator because she can continue to be part of the team that supports our amazing teachers and staff so that they have the tools and encouragement to keep being fabulous.

Sabrina is in her 3rd year serving on the PTO Board. She has one girl at Red Hawk in 3rd grade. She is a Colorado native and has lived in Erie for 14 years. She is a stay at home mom and loves kids and photography.

Kelli is thrilled to serve as the Co-Communications Chair for the Red Hawk Elementary PTO. With a passion for fostering community engagement, she plays a key role in crafting vibrant communications that keep the school community informed and connected. A native of Alaska, Kelli moved to Colorado to attend the Colorado School of Mines and has deep roots in the area from her time as a Lafayette firefighter. Balancing her role with the PTO alongside a full-time job as a Project Specialist, Kelli is also an enthusiastic advocate for the outdoors. Actively involved in supporting the revitalization of the Red Hawk Elementary Garden, she is the proud mother of a third-grader at Red Hawk and has supported other children living in her home over the years. Kelli is dedicated to enhancing the community in any way she can, embracing the diverse backgrounds and experiences that make our school environment rich and vibrant.
CHRISTINE BAILEY
Events Co-Coordinator
Christine is in her 1st year serving on the PTO volunteering as an Events Co-Coordinator. Christine has two kids currently at Red Hawk and a third who will join in a few years. She joined the PTO to bring new ideas and her experience in coordinating events to add to the success of Red Hawk’s PTO. She is excited to jump right in and make the Red Hawk experience as fun and memorable as possible.
Jennifer Carroll

Jennifer previously served on the Red Hawk PTO as Vice President and is excited to be back serving the amazing Red Hawk community, this time supporting special events throughout the year as the Events Co-Coordinator. Jennifer and her husband Alex have four boys, two of whom are currently at Red Hawk. She has a heart for community service and volunteering and has served her Town as Trustee and Mayor and in addition to serving on the Red Hawk PTO, currently serves on the Board of Directors at Forest Park Montessori School. While most of their family's free time is spent doing kids activities (ninja, swimming, soccer, basketball and cub scouts), when there is extra time they enjoy bike riding, going to the zoo, visiting new playgrounds and parks, swimming and travelling. Jennifer works at BAE Systems (formerly Ball Aerospace) as a Civil Space New Business Program Manager & Capture Manager. She attended The Ohio State University for her Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and CU Boulder for her Master's degree in Engineering Management and Electrical Engineering. She is passionate about the mission of the PTO and supporting the school, teachers, staff and students to ensure the school's success.

Carlie is in her 1st year serving on PTO Board. She has 3 kids, a 2nd grader at
Redhawk, one at Erie Middle school, and one still at home. She moved to Erie from
Berlin, Germany last year and works as a lactation consultant and doula.

Kate Pickett is in her second year serving on the PTO Board. She has two boys, one is a current student and one is an alum of Red Hawk Elementary. Kate has lived with her loving family in Erie for over a decade and is passionate about helping our community.
